Crew HQ is the all-new dedicated home base for squads in NBA 2K27's The City. Visual Concepts designed it as a team-based counterpart to MyCOURT — your personal practice space — giving every organized group a place to communicate, practice, and compete.1
What You Can Do Inside Crew HQ
According to the official 2K27 Courtside Report, Crew HQ includes:
- Built-in voice chat for in-session strategy1
- Practice courts: 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 half courts, plus full 3v3 and 5v5 courts12
- Ranked Crew Game matchmaking in competitive 3v3 and 5v5 formats2
- Squad Showdown Kiosk for hosting private runs and league-style competition with other Crews12
- Crew customization: uniforms, logos, and member jerseys displayed in HQ rafters2
- Crew progression: 40 levels at launch, with five additional levels added each Season starting in Season 21

Ranked Structure at a Glance
Crews compete through six ranked tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Top Ranked.2 Matchmaking pairs Crews with teams at the same rank when possible, or the closest available rank.3
Each Season ends with divisional tournaments, and at Season reset every Crew moves down two tiers and must climb back up.3
